You will need to reduce the resolution of the texture to 2048x2048 or less. Keep in mind that some textures coming from Daz3D have a resolution bigger than 2048x2048. Then in the Output Options, set the FBX version to FBX 2014 - Binary and also make sure Embed Textures, Merge Diffuse and Opacity Textures, Merge Clothing Into Figure Skeleton, Allow Degraded Skinning, Allow Degraded Scaling and Collapse UV Tiles are already checked.
